Step inside this stunning Georgian restoration

Coach house

This beautifully restored coach house provides the perfect accomodation for visiting family and friends.  The rest of the house is surrounded by formal gardens leading onto paddock and parkland.

Living room

With careful and considerate planning and decorating, this Georgian house was restored to its former glory by the current owners, showing off its period features and fittings. In the living room, gilt mirrors and antique side tables frame the view to the garden, reinforcing the room's Georgian symmetry.

Tiled breakfast bar

The subtle cabinetry, classic range cooker and deep butler sink all reflect the history of this property, while the modern breakfast bar and open-plan layout give this kitchen a contemporary twist.

Dining room

A similar colour palette was used in the dining room as it was in the living room, to link the rooms visually.  Large sash windows allow light to flood the room accenting the dark-wood furniture and metallic accessories.

Country bedroom

With double-aspect views over the extensive grounds, the main bedroom is flooded with natural light throughout the day.  The colour scheme is kept neutral to reflect this, and furniture is kept classic and simple with a contemporary twist.

Teenagers bedroom

Each rooms is given character by being painted a different colour, while maintaining a neutral palette throughout the house. This teenager's bedroom is given a flash of colour with fluorescent strip lights and a bright red table lamp.

Modern bathroom

Contrasts in materials and colour - from the glossy white bath to the natural grey stone tiles - create depth and texture, while the frosted half-window lets light flood into this bathroom. Simplicity is key, with clean lines and minimal accessories.
